Pizza Bubble Bake

I thought everyone made this great pizza recipe. Turns out not everyone knew
about it, so I am happy to share with you. This is a fun, fast, family favorite meal. It
is really great for Halloween night. It can be divided in half and use an 8×8 pan. If
you are making vegetarian just leave out the sausage or ground beef. My grandkids
like it with just cheese.

Pizza Bubble Bake

1 pound Italian Sausage or ground beef
1 15 oz. jar of pizza sauce
2 tubes (7 ½ oz. each) refrigerated biscuits
1 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Other toppings of your choice; pepperoni, onion slices, green peppers chopped,
mushrooms sliced, black olives, pineapple.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a skillet brown the sausage or hamburger, and drain fat. Stir in pizza sauce. Set aside.

Separate the biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters. Place biscuits in a greased 9×13 inch pan. Top the biscuits with the sauce mixture and spread evenly.

Sprinkle with cheese and any of the additional pizza toppings you would like.

Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Let sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
