Turkey Stuffing Roll Ups

Thanksgiving is long gone but I miss turkey dinner. This is an amazingly quick way to recreate Thanksgiving dinner without all the fuss. This is ready for the oven in about 5 minutes, bake for 30 minutes and dinner is served.

Turkey Stuffing Roll Ups

Serves 8

8 thin slices cooked turkey, leftovers or from the deli (about 1 pound) 1 bottle turkey gravy OR 1 package turkey gravy, prepared 1 box stuffing mix prepared according to directions

Spray a 9×9 cooking pan with cooking spray. Place a slice of turkey on a plate and place about 1/3 cup stuffing on one end and roll up tightly. Place into cooking pan. Continue with all the turkey.

Pour gravy over the top of the turkey rolls. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes or until heated at 165 degrees. I serve with Mashed Potatoes and it tastes just like Thanksgiving.

To make Gluten Free: They make a Gluten Free Stuffing Mix available at Whole Foods and I make turkey gravy with canned chicken broth and cornstarch and Turkey Bouillon. OR 1 can Cream of Chicken soup plus ¾ cup milk

I tried German Spaetzle while in Florida, they made it Gluten Free for me. It was love at first bite. We had it with Schnitzel, which is similar to Chicken Fried Steak but made with Pork. Spaetzle
