Circus Gluten Free Frosted Animal Crackers

I was so excited to make these crazy cookies. Most of you can just buy them at the store, but being Gluten Free these silly cookies have been something I have missed. They were super easy to make. I posted the picture on a Gluten Free site and EVERYONE wanted the recipe. So here it is for you too.

Circus Gluten Free Frosted Animal Crackers

1/3 of a box of Gluten Free Animal Crackers

4 Ounces of White Candy Coating

1 drop of red food coloring if desired

Round Sprinkles (You remember the kind)

Prepare a cooking sheet by covering with waxed paper. In a medium size bowl, place the white candy coating. Microwave for 2 minutes at 50% power, stir. Microwave another 30 seconds at 50% power if not all melted. Stir until smooth.

Dip the front of the GF animal cracker into the melted candy coating. Place onto the waxed paper. Dip all the cookies. Sprinkle with the Sprinkles. Now try to wait until candy coating as set up.

To make NOT Gluten Free use regular animal cookies. LOL – or just buy them!
