Crab Dip

My sister-in-law, Colleen MaWhinney, makes this amazing “dip”. It is always a hit whenever she brings it. It is perfect for a New Year’s Eve Party. Our family is getting so large she has to double the recipe. You can add more celery or onions if you like.

Colleen’s Crab and Crackers Dip

Serves 8-10

8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened 1 Cup Best Foods Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon Salt

8 ounces Flaked imitation Crab, broken apart 1 Cup Diced Celery ½ Cup chopped green onions

In a large mixer bowl combine the cream cheese, mayo, lemon juice and salt. Mix on medium speed until smooth.

Remove bowl from mixer and with a large spoon fold in the Crab, Celery, and Green Onions. Stir carefully until combined. Chill at least 1 hour to combine flavors. Serve with your favorite crackers or slices of French bread.

**To make Gluten Free you must use real crab as imitation crab is made with flour.

Hope you have a wonderful Holiday Season filled with those you love!
