Fluffy Caramel Apple Dip

This is a fun appetizer for fall. Every time I make it everyone asks for the recipe. It is super easy to bring along to the family dinner. I use tinfoil pie pans so I have nothing to bring back home.

Fluffy Caramel Apple Dip

1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened

16 oz. container Caramel Apple Dip, DIVIDED in half approximately

7 oz. jar marshmallow crème

Heath Candy Bar chopped pieces or diced peanuts, if desired

4-6 medium tart apples

2 Tablespoons Orange juice

The Caramel Dip is located in the produce section by the apples.

In a medium mixing bowl add cream cheese with an electric mixer combine until smooth. Add HALF of the container of Caramel, and marshmallow crème. Mix on medium speed until combined. Spread into TWO pie pans.

Heat remaining caramel in microwave just until warm and stir until smooth. Add half of this mixture to the top of EACH cream cheese mixture and spread to cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving sprinkle with Heath Bar chips or diced peanuts if using.

Slice apples into thin strips. Combine apples and orange juice and mix until apples are covered with orange juice; this keeps the apples from getting dark. If serving immediately you won’t need to put apples into orange juice. Dip the apples slices into the dip BUT don’t let anyone double dip.

*Gluten Free as served.
