Lucky Charms Treats

Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day this fun treat. I am crazy, but I LOVE the hard marshmallows so much that I buy just the marshmallows on-line. Just google Cereal Marshmallows and your dreams will come true!

Lucky Charms Treats

1/2 Cup Butter 1 16 oz. bag Mini-Marshmallows 1 box (11.5 oz) Lucky Charms Cereal

Pick out about 1 cup of the Lucky Charms Marshmallow and set aside. Butter the inside of a 13×9 pan. In a large heavy pan, melt Butter over MEDIUM LOW heat, and then add marshmallows. Stir constantly.

When all marshmallows are melted, stir in Lucky Charms, stir until completely combined. Spoon into the buttered 13 x 9 pan. Using the butter wrapper placed over your fingers, press the mixture into the pan. Sprinkle on top the Lucky Charms marshmallows, press slightly so they will stick. Let cool at room temperature. Best served the same day or wrap in plastic wrap after they are cooled.

**Microwave Directions: In a large glass bowl, melt butter then add marshmallows stir. Melt on high for two minutes and stir. If not completely melted microwave for another minute.

*Lucky Charms are Gluten Free
