Snow Ice Cream

This recipe is super fun to do during a snowstorm, and we have had a few of those lately. We made this when I was a child and I remembered how fun it was. Make sure your snow is clean as the driven snow, LOL. I like it with chocolate and caramel sauce.

Snow Ice Cream

1 can SWEETENED condensed milk (14 ounce)

¾ Cup white sugar

1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

1-gallon clean fresh snow

In a large bowl combine the sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth. Gradually but quickly stir snow into milk mixture until your desired consistency.

Eat immediately with chocolate syrup, sprinkles, caramel sauce, fresh strawberries. Use your imagination for your favorite topping or just eat plain vanilla snow cream.

*To make Chocolate Snow Cream add 2-3 Tablespoons of Hershey’s syrup into the condensed milk.

*Gluten Free as written to make Dairy Free use a 14 oz. can of Full-fat coconut milk and another ¾ cup of sugar.
