Turkey Dinner Chimichanga

Thanksgiving is just around the corner. I think everyone’s favorite is eating the leftovers the next day or for two or three days later. Hope you enjoy the holiday with your family and friends.

Turkey Dinner Chimichanga

Flour Tortilla

¼ cup leftover mashed potatoes

¼ Cup Leftover turkey

¼ cup leftover stuffing

2 Tablespoons leftover corn

½ cup leftover gravy

Shredded Cheese if desired

Cranberry Sauce if desired

Microwave the tortilla for about 15 seconds to make it more pliable. Place onto the tortilla the ingredients you wish to use. Roll up the tortilla, tucking in the ends of the tortilla to make it a closed package. Put in a few toothpicks to hold it together. Spray with cooking spray and either grill or bake or air fry until crispy and hot. Turn often to get all sides crisp. When hot add the cheese to the top, and heat until melted. Remove the toothpicks and serve with hot gravy on top or just dip into the gravy. Top with cranberry sauce if you would like.

You can add any of your favorite ingredients, sweet potatoes, or green bean casserole.
