WCG (Watermelon, Cantaloupe, & Grapes) Jell-O

My son and his family were visiting from Florida and he loves Jell-O! When your kids come home you make their favorite foods, right? I had forgotten how good Jell-O salad is! Here in Utah we are famous for our love of Jell-O. Hope this gives you some new ideas.

WCG (Watermelon, Cantaloupe, & Grapes) Jell-O

1 package 3 ounce orange or lemon Jell-O 3/4 Cup Boiling water 1 cup Cold water 1 cup of cut up watermelon 1 cup of cut up grapes 1 cup of cut up cantaloupe

In a medium bowl add the boiling water to the Jell-O. Stir until completely dissolved. Add the cold water. Refrigerate while you cut up the fruit into bite sized pieces. Add the fruit and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.

Seven-Up Applesauce Jell-O 1 ½ Cups unsweetened applesauce ¼ cup orange juice 3 ounces Raspberry or Orange Jell-O 3/4 Cups 7-up or Sprite

In a large saucepan, bring applesauce, orange juice, and Jell-O to a boil.

Remove from heat, SLOWLY add 7-up. Stir to combine.

Pour into a 6-cup Jell-O mold coated with cooking spray, or just a regular bowl. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 ½ hours. Unmold onto a serving platter.

Orange Fluff Jell-O Salad
