Everyone was so excited about air-fryers I decided to get one too. So far, they are great heating up Cold Fries, roasting Brussel Sprouts, Salmon, Tiny Potatoes, and Nachos. But my favorite thing so far is Shrimp. Here are two of my favorite recipes.
Air Fryer Shrimp
Garlic Lemon Shrimp
1 Tablespoon minced garlic
4 Tablespoon Italian Salad Dressing (I like Olive Garden Brand)
1 pound large peeled, cleaned shrimp, thawed.
Lemon Slices for garnish
In a large bowl, toss the garlic, salad dressing and shrimp together.
Working in 2 batches, place half the shrimp into an air-fryer basket. Arrange into a single layer. Air-fry at 400-Degrees until shrimp are opaque and cooked through, 4 to 6 minutes. Stir at about the 3 minute mark. Put onto platter and cook the remaining shrimp.
Place on a platter and serve with the lemon slices.
Great served over cooked pasta. Top with Parmesan Cheese and Garlic Butter.
Air-fryer Shrimp Tacos
1 package of taco seasoning mix (1 oz.)
1 pound of large, peeled, cleaned shrimp, thawed.
4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
8-10 corn tortillas
2 Tablespoons Prepared Ranch Dressing
2 Tablespoons Prepared Salsa
Cabbage
Fresh Limes, sliced.
In a large bowl, toss the taco seasoning mix, shrimp, and olive oil. Stir to combine. Working in 2 batches, place half of the shrimp into an air-fryer basket. Arrange into a single layer. Cool at 400 Degrees until shrimp are opaque and cooked through, 4 to 6 minutes. Stir at about the 3 minutes mark. Put onto platter and cook the remaining shrimp.
To serve in a small bowl combine the ranch dressing and the salsa. Add to a corn tortilla, cabbage and salsa and pieces of shrimp. Top with lime juice. And enjoy!
