I am giving my neighbors something different this year. I am giving them spice mixtures. I am forever trying to get some awesome spices that don’t have much sugar, any flour or gluten, or any MSG. I five times the recipe and then put into 10 individual spices shakers and attach the recipe. I hope you make and enjoy these for yourself.
Dry Rub Mix
Makes 1 cup
2 Tablespoons Salt 2 Tablespoons Granulated Dried Garlic 2 Tablespoons Black Pepper 2 Tablespoons Cayenne Pepper 2 Tablespoons Hungarian Paprika 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder 2 Tablespoons Onion Powder 1 Tablespoon White Sugar 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
Combine all ingredients and stir well. Put into shakers.
Sprinkle onto the meat, rub into meat, and grill as desired. Works great on Ribs, Steak, Hamburgers, Beef Brisket, Chicken or Fish.
